Madeline is a political organizer for American Federation of Teachers - Wisconsin.

She has led successful campaigns for paid leave, raises, fee relief, and union membership growth while contributing written opinions to local media. Madeline served as a Data Lead in 2026 for Francesca Hong for Wisconsin.
